1. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Delivery outside the United Kingdom is not supported at this time.
2. Do you charge for shipping?
No. All orders qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement.
3. Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. All product prices displayed on our website include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). There are no additional tax charges at checkout or upon delivery.
4. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding non-working days. Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on a business day will be processed starting the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed from the next business day.
5. How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics arrangements.
6. Which carriers do you use?
We work with reliable carriers to ensure stable delivery services, including:
DHL, Evri, DPD UK, FedEx, and UPS.
7. Can I cancel my order?
You may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to follow the return and refund process after delivery.
8. What is your return and exchange period?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation, provided the item meets the return conditions.
9. How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days and returned to the original payment card used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, or JCB). The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer.
